The Team

We are lucky to have an amazing team who go above and beyond, time and time again, to deliver the very best in customer service and meet deadlines. We have one of the lowest industry error rates at 0.01%!

Our team members have had a variety of backgrounds and training such as medical office assisting, bookkeeping, nursing unit clerk, personal assistant, tech support, web design, and more.

All team members are trained in-house on our Intrahealth Profile EMR and are taught medical billing data entry along with proven error reduction techniques. Each team member develops expertise in one or more areas such as ER billing, specialist, GP billing, addictions, corrections, and others. Some also specialize in WCB, patient, and third-party billing as well as records management, reconciliation, and remote EMR support.

We operate with a complement of 14 members on the team, most of whom have been with us for 5 years and some over 10. With 16 in-house work stations as well as 10 remote sites, we are well prepared to ensure that billing continues on a day-to-day basis.

The staff is valued and we ran a team wellness rewards program in 2023. We reward staff for years of service and we will be continuing our quarterly staff events in 2024.
